What is Reiki:
Reiki to me, isn't just about releasing negative energy or removing blockages. Reiki is a deep meditative state, that allows for some of the deepest healing you'll ever experience in your life. It's therapy of the soul, not just the mind.
Reiki is such a powerful practice, that studies are showing it's effectiveness with PTSD survivors, like Soldiers home from war and survivors of abuse.
I am a passionate advocate for mental health and when utilized properly along side therapy, Reiki can help you to heal from things deep within, that you probably don't even realize are there.
What You Get With My Reiki Sessions:
Pre-recorded Sessions
Recorded sessions start with a chunk of time at the beginning, where you get to lay comfortably and relax, while I "Work my magic". At the end of this meditation section, I will go over what I learned/experienced during the Reiki work.
It is very common for me to receive "Messages" during Reiki from your Spiritual team (Your guides, angels, loved ones passed). I try to relay those messages as clearly as I can.
Live Reiki Sessions
Live sessions are exactly like the recorded sessions. Except, because we are live, we will get to communicate openly about what we both learned/experienced during the session.
As well as you are free to ask questions, and I will try my best to answer them clearly.
Tarot Reading Services
What is Tarot:
I believe that Destiny is something we create for ourselves. So, to me, Tarot is NOT a prophecy of the future, and it should NEVER dictate how you live your life. BUT, it is, and should be used as a TOOL.
Tarot, when used as a tool for guidance, will be the most helpful in your life. As much as we would all love to hear specific answers to questions, knowing those types of things takes away our ability to create our own destinies. To make our own choices by knowing not what will happen, but by knowing ourselves.
Through Tarot, I offer you an insight into your own soul. I offer you clarity for the choices you have before you.
What You Get With My Tarot Readings:
Recorded Tarot Readings
Recorded Tarot Readings begin with a Celtic Cross spread. Which helps me to get a clear picture of you. I will then answer your 1 or 2 questions (based on the length of reading chosen) using Tarot, but also a scribbling technique.
This helps to see if there are other messages that need passed on to you from your Spiritual team (Spirit guides, angels, loved ones passed).
Live Tarot Readings
Live readings are exactly like the recorded readings. Except because we are live, we get to better interact and communicate.
As well as, I will try to answer as many questions as I can, during the allotted time.
Common Questions
I've never had a Reiki session before — what should I expect?
You can lie down or sit comfortably wherever you are. There's nothing you need to do — just relax. The session is meditative, not physical, and you don't need any prior experience or belief system to receive it.
Does distance Reiki actually work?
Yes. Reiki isn't limited by physical distance, and pre-recorded and live remote sessions deliver the same energy work as in-person. Many people prefer the relaxed setting of being in their own space.
Is Reiki a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. Reiki is a complement to professional mental and physical healthcare, not a replacement. I'm an advocate for therapy and recommend Reiki alongside it, not instead of it.
How do I prepare for a Tarot reading?
Have a question or area of life in mind. Specific questions get clearer answers than vague ones. The more open you are to the message, the more useful the reading will be.
How do I receive a pre-recorded session?
After booking, I'll record your session and send the file to your email. You can listen on your own schedule, in a quiet space, as many times as you'd like.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just reach out by email or DM as early as you can and I'll do my best to find another time that works.
